Patio
Guests are welcome to use the patio which is south facing and an excellent place to sit and relax in the warm Cornish sunshine.
There is also a wildlife pond and a birdtable which attracts a variety of birds.
The Kitchen
Our kitchen is typical country style. Guests have their own breakfast area upstairs.
Our Aga is Geoff's favourite piece of equipment in the kitchen. This is where he cooks the traditional breakfasts.
Should you have any specific dietary needs we would be more than happy to cater for them.
The Lounge
This room is upstairs and overlooks the back garden.
It has been kept as a warm friendly environment yet quiet when that little piece of space is needed.
Guests have full use of the magazines, books of interest and games.
The Breakfast Area
The breakfast area is also upstairs next to the lounge. It too overlooks the back garden.
Breakfasts are usually served between 8.30am and 9.30am, but individual requests can be catered for.

The Green Room Check Availability
This bedroom is situated on the first floor. It has a 5ft double bed, en-suite bathroom with an electric shower over the bath.Bathrobes are provided.
It has an LCD digital television, clock radio/alarm/iPod dock, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, shoe cleaning equipment and silent mini fridge.
A wide selection of tea and coffee making facilities with local biscuits.
The Yellow Room Check Availability
This is our double/twin bedded room also situated on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom with an electric shower over the bath. Bathrobes are provided.
It has an LCD digital television, clock radio/alarm/iPod dock, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, shoe cleaning equipment and silent mini fridge.
A wide selection of tea and coffee making facilities with local biscuits.
The Puffin Suite Check Availability
Situated on the ground floor, the bedroom has a 5ft double bed, vanity basin with illuminated mirror, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer and a 21" LCD digital TV. The ensuite bathroom has a bath with a separate shower.
Breakfast is served in the privacy of your own lounge, which has a 32" LCD TV with full Sky package, clock radio/alarm/iPod dock, table and chairs, sofa, wide range of tea, coffee etc., local biscuits, silent mini fridge, iron and ironing board, books, games and DVD player.
